A Typical Day at Preschool
Environments that support learning are vibrant and flexible spaces that are responsive to the interests and abilities of each child. They cater for different learning capacities and learning styles and invite children and families to contribute ideas, interests and questions (EYLF Learning Environments, 2009).
Our program and routine is based around maximising opportunities for children’s immersion in play, to optimise children’s engagement in learning.
Being interested and supportive of a child’s play helps them to feel connected, valued, and accepted. Having fun together during play time enables children to experience pleasure and joy (Be You, 2019).
Our hours of attendance for the children are from 9:00am – 3:00pm, Monday – Wednesday; and 8:15-3:45, Thursday – Friday.
Here is what a typical day looks like for your child.
Please note that we have a flexible program and changes may occur during the day.
